test/moxie/changes.md

1. since i dont want to use openwebui any more create a openwebui like clone for moxie be sure the ui is not a direct clone of openwebui but i want all of the functionality.
2. the auth need use sqlite with a admin user of 'admin' and a temp password of 'changeme'
3. this all has to be compatable with the compiling being used in the build.py
4. a black and white copy of the logo is called moxie_logo.jpg
