Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU) is a next-generation lunar spacesuit developed by Axiom Space for use in NASA's Artemis program to support human exploration of the Moon.
== Overview == The suit is designed to provide astronauts with mobility, life support, and protection during extravehicular activities on the lunar surface, including operation in extreme temperature and radiation environments. AxEMU incorporates modern materials and modular systems intended to improve flexibility, durability, and maintainability compared to previous-generation NASA spacesuits. The suit is planned to be used on the lunar surface during Artemis missions later in the 2020s, supporting NASA's goal of sustainable human presence on the Moon.
