Z User 86fcdd33de feat: rename to Moxie Desktop, enable downloads for Windows/Ubuntu/macOS 
- Renamed 'Moxie Hybrid Agent' to 'Moxie Desktop' across all UI and EULA
- Windows: ./downloads/moxie-desktop.exe
- Ubuntu: ./downloads/linux/moxie-desktop
- macOS: ./downloads/darwin/moxie-desktop
- iOS and Android remain 'Coming Soon'
- Download buttons now use <a> tags with download attribute
